Returns

Stock Items

Let us know within 14 working days of receiving your goods that you'd like to return them. Items must be returned unused, within 28 days in their original packaging.  We will refund you the FULL amount less original delivery charge.

Made-to-measure Items

All made-to-measure items CANNOT be returned as they are manufactured to your exact requirements and cannot be resold.

Missing items

Let us know within a reasonable time (3-4weeks) of receiving your goods and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
