If you wish to return your purchase to us, please let us know within 14 working days of receiving your goods and we will refund you the FULL amount less the delivery cost.
This does not apply to made to measure products. All tracks and poles available on this website are made to measure and cannot be returned as they are manufactured to your exact requirements and cannot be resold. For all made to measure items please ensure that all measurements provided by you are accurate before ordering as we cannot accept alterations, cancellations or liability for incorrect measurements.
All goods (stock items) must be returned to us within 28 working days of the receiving your goods and be unused and in their original packaging.
Once the returned item(s) have been received they will be checked and a refund issued.
Please check order thoroughly once your have received your order. All missing items must be notified to us within 28 working days of the receiving your goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you discover that your item(s) are faulty or damaged please provide photographic evidence where possible and let us know within a reasonable time period (approximately 3-4 weeks) of receiving the goods. We will arrange for replacement item(s) to be sent to you and collection of the faulty/damaged item. The cost of delivering the replacement items will be paid for by Ritetrack.
If goods are damaged during transit please refuse delivery. Your signature on receipt of delivery indicates that your order is complete and the goods have been received in good condition. Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit once you have signed that the goods have been received in good condition.
